Froggy is a resident in Mrs. Sharp’s Kindergarten class at Dry Creek Elementary. Ziggy is a resident in Mrs. Darcy’s Preschool class at Highline Elementary. Every kid in each class gets to take them home for a couple of days. They both come with a bag containing several items: books to read to Froggy/Ziggy, activities, and a folder with a page for each kid to journal their adventures with them.
These pictures were all taken this weekend. Somehow Kincaid and Janelle (who go to completely different schools) got chosen for the same exact weekend. How cool is that?
So, Froggy and Ziggy had lots of adventures. They played outside in the courtyard of our apartment complex, they went to a library construction site (special open to the public tours and activities), and they went to the park. They were supposed to visit the Denver Botanic Gardens too, but they switched to non-summer hours and were closed when we showed up.
